NHXT incorporates a stage-gate process and iterative beta-testing to solve problems faster while reaching your objectives more successfully.
We encourage our clients to test their product assumptions as early in the development process as possible. Many companies develop products based on untested assumptions and a decision-making process geared toward mass-production. The drawback to this approach is that many new products do not have the luxury of an established distribution channel or a proven customer base, so a mass-production-oriented approach may not be an appropriate or cost-effective development strategy.
In contrast, NHXT uses a stage-gate approach paired with an "iterate-early, iterate-often" philosophy that allows the testing of a products viability sooner rather than later. Decisions regarding manufacturing processes, materials, assembly, aesthetics and packaging are appropriately scaled to the unique market opportunity and given timeline. NHXT wants to ensure that the right questions are answered, the most fundamental problems are solved and the appropriate feature set is delivered for the intended target.
Following an initial phone introduction, a one-hour meeting to discuss project details is offered free of charge. A face-to-face meeting is the best way to determine whether or not the services offered by NHXT are suited to your needs.
To make the most of your consult, please bring initial written requirements and any research you have gathered. In addition, drawings (napkin sketches count), relevant patents, target market information and prototypes go a long way in helping to visualize your product opportunity. Last, but certainly not least, the confidentiality of past, present and future clients is taken very seriously. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is strongly recommended (NHXT will provide a boiler-plate mutual non-disclosure if needed).
